By accessing and using LeakLab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
LeakLab is a poker analysis tool designed to help cash game players on Winamax (5-max) and PokerStars (6-max), playing NL2 to NL100, identify leaks in their game by analyzing hand histories and comparing statistics against winning player profiles.
Service Description
LeakLab provides:
- Upload and parsing of Winamax and PokerStars hand history files
- Calculation of poker statistics (VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, CBet, WTSD, and more)
- Comparison against population averages and winning player profiles for your stake
- Personalized leak detection and improvement suggestions
- Dashboard visualization of your poker performance
LeakLab is an analytical tool. It does not guarantee poker success and should not be used as the sole basis for gambling decisions.
User Responsibilities
As a user of LeakLab, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial poker analysis
- Not upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online poker in your jurisdiction
Data and Privacy
Your hand history data is processed to generate statistics. We do not share your individual data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve population statistics.

LeakLab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses incurred while playing poker
- Inaccuracies in statistical analysis
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Decisions made based on LeakLab's recommendations
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LeakLab at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms of Service.
